9 Silver Y at dusk in poly tunnels( had been a couple most of the day with Painted Lady feeding on watercress flowers)
At 2 125MV 9 Diamond-back, 2 Silver Y.

The only migrant trapped unless you count the
4 STRAW DOT

9/6/10 : Silver Y Moths (in double figures) seen nectaring at Valerian flowers in the garden at dusk.

Night of 8/6/10:
Evergestis extimalis with small nos. of Dark Sword Grass, White Point, Silver Y, RD Pearl and Rush Veneer.

1 painted lady enjoying a brief bask on pond liner, followed by brief flight between showers, this morning.

On Sunday 06.06.2010 by 21.30 hrs there were quantities of these moths on red valerian flowers, for the first time. By 22.15 they were still around. The next day it was raining and there weren't so many; they came a bit later though.
