At Buryas Bridge near Penzance, Regular Dark Swords peaking at 9 in trap on 14th. Many rush Veneers, peaking at 35 in trap 30th July. Four Spotted Footman, started in trap 3rd August, peak so far of 32 on the 14th, presumably resident.
15th August At Porthgwarra, single Humming Bird Hawk. At Pendeen on 16th, single Bordered Straw and Clouded Yellow in same valley.

(1465) Two more sites for WILLOW EMERALD found (with Dougal McNeill), in the Deben Valley, either side of Wickham Market:
Ash Abbey (TM317546) 1 male & 5 females at very close range.
Glevering Hall (TM295566) 1 female.
Similar habitat to Staverton Lakes at both. Bare twigs preferred, in a 'sun-trap', with Alder a constant
