Not a migrant I know, but an interesting record all the same. A full grown Elephant Hawk-moth caterpillar, active on a pavement presumably looking for somewhere to pupate in a garden not far from the city centre. Moved somewhere safe to carry on with whatever it was upto. An unusually late date!
