I found a convolvulus hawk moth on my patio this morning. I haven't seen one of these for 40 years! It allowed me enough time to get near to it to identify it before flying off. Sorry, not enough time to photograph.
Location: Old Woking, Surrey GU22 Time: 06.30 Sightings of hawk moths in UK appear to be getting more common (relatively), is this because we are getting warmer? hope this is of interest |
