In addition to the Vagrant Emperor reported immediately below, several unidentified dragonflies most likely this species have also been seen over the last few days. These include records from Leighton Moss, Lancashire, and near Morfa Nefyn on the Llyn Peninsula, North Wales. This influx has clearly been strongest in the west of Britain.
