Night of 17 August: 6 Rusty-dot Pearl, 1 Palpita vitrealis, 11 Rush Veneer, 1 Convolvulus Hawk-moth, 1 Bedstraw Hawk-moth, 1 Cypress Pug, 64 Latticed Heath, 9 Silver Y, 21 Scarce Bordered Straw, 1 Tree-lichen Beauty, 1 Porter's Rustic, 3 Pearly Underwing and 15 Dark Sword-grass.

Night 17/08: White-speck (1).

Night of 16th August - Scarce bordered straw and a Rush veneer.

17/08: Humming - bird Hawk-moth

On the night of 16th Aug Chris Ivin caught a White Point (First for VC38 Warwickshire) in his garden MV trap at Brailes in south Warwickshire together with a Scarce Bodered Straw and 3 Dark Sword-grass.

Vestal (good for us) & Scarce Bordered Straw this am. Couple more Palpita vitrealis yesterday. Not sure what's happened to all the Silver Y's & Diamond-backs this autumn as often failing to appear.
