Dark Crimson Underwing - third site record. Assorted suspects turning up in recent days in small numbers - Bordered Straws, Dark Swords, Rusty-dot Pearls, Rush Veneers. Only low numbers of Silver Y's & very few Diamond-backs.

Night of 21st July - Along with 3 Silver Y in my trap, noted a mystery moth which turns out to be a Shining Marbled (Pseudeustrotia candidula). Possibly a first for Essex.
