Poor numbers of moths trapped given the very warm conditions. |

2 Convolvulous Hawk-moths in my Oxford garden on a warm, still, cloudy evening (15th). One, a female, sat on the ground beside the trap and the other, a male, flying around and nectaring on the nearby Nicotiana. Another reported at Kingston Bagpuize near Oxford (VC 22), also yesterday evening.

Convolvulus Hawk-moth(s) nectaring on our Nicotiana flowers on Wednesday evening (14th October) - four visits at around 15-minute intervals. May have been the same individual.
