Night of 12 September: 45 Diamond-back Moth, 1 Crocidosema plebejana, 1 European Corn-borer, 18 Rusty-dot Pearl, 58 Rush Veneer, 1 Convolvulus Hawk-moth, 1 male Gem, 30 Silver Y, 1 Bordered Straw, 1 Porter's Rustic and 4 Dark Sword-grass.
Also 1 Red Admiral and 1 Great Silver Water Beetle in the traps.

Night of the 12th September. Commoner migrants much reduced, only a couple of Silver Y, one noctuella and one amplana in garden so much suprise to see this moth. As far as I can tell it is Callopistria floridensis which is American! Possibly came off a ship in the English Channel? Will try to get better photos later today, possibly first for Britain?
