Dusky Hook-tip Drepana curvatula trapped overnight

I had a brilliant night of trapping at Prawle Point in Devon last night with help from Mark Marshall - set up 7 traps across the site. Among over 140 species recorded were plenty of migrants and moths I believe were migrants on the night included;

In case you are wondering about Maidens Blush and Mocha as migrants they were out on an exposed headland miles from the nearest suitable habitat. Also with 4 Jersey Mochas in the most exposed trap on the site, these again felt like primary migrants and not residents.
Although the wind was gently from the NE all night, the air mass and weather systems were coming in from the SSW. Occasional light showers and min temp of 17c.
