Many Red Admirals seen flying by day in heavy mist.

Night of 17th saw an increase in common migratory moths here in the garden with 7 Diamond-back Moth, 5 Rush Veneer, 5 Rusty-dot Pearl and 1 Silver Y.

At least 20 Painted Ladies on Ham Hill late yesterday afternoon. I had found a number of caterpillars there about 3 weeks ago.
