2nd June - Only 47 Plutella xylostella trapped last night at a different location to previous night on what felt like a much cooler evening here.
Still very few resident moths trapped only 13sp. |

The last three nights (31st, 1st and 2nd June) have seen totals of 210, 300 and 180 P. xylostella to the MV in my garden. Only one other migratory species seen, a Silver Y on 31st and 1st.

The Diamond-back Moths have reached Somerset. Six in my garden trap in Taunton this morning - very pale individuals difficult to see against the egg trays!
Several more at Haddon Hill, Exmoor this morning too. |
