Pearly Underwing this morning. Moth trapping has been poor up to now although have managed 8 Diamond-backs, 6 Silver Y, 3 Rush Veneer & 3 Dark Swords so far this year. Only record of any note was the second site record of Spruce Seed Moth on the morning of 8th May (with another in a garden in Felixstowe 1.5 miles north of here at about the same time).

Last nights catch included 3 Diamond-back Moths here in the garden

|
Single Diamond-back Moth and Rusty-dot Pearl in last night's MV trap were my first migrants of the year.
