single Red Admiral basking in brief sunshine.

No immigrant moths on last 2 nights but a Common Quaker and a Double-striped Pug.

Another (my 3rd) Cornifrons in the trap last night, with one rush veneer but no other moths - perhaps it was too windy?

Night of 27/12: Migrants were: Euchromius ocellea, White Speck, Small Mottled Willow and 4 Rush Veneer. Also worth a mention were Vine's Rustic, Flame Shoulder and Early Grey which could possibly have migrant origins?

Moth trapping last night 27/12. migrant list was;
1 x Euchromius ocellea
3 x Rusty-dot Pearl
1 x Painted Lady
1 x Dark Swordgrass
1 x White-speck

27th December: Cornifrons ulceratalis (to be confirmed), Diamond-backed Moth, 2 S. exigua
N. noctuella, dark Pine Carpet T. firmata and Double-striped Pug G. rufifasciata

Night of 27/12
Single Syncopacma polychromella & Euchromius ocellea with 3 Rusty-dot Pearl, 3 Rush Veneer, single Dark Sword-grass, Silver Y & Diamondback Moth and 6 Small Mottled Willow.
