A single Rusty-dot Pearl found at a shop window (a much fresher looking individual than yesterdays).

One Silver Y to 125w MV in garden trap last night. Temperature went down to 1°c

By day 4 November Red Admiral.

Two clouded yellows chasing each other at back of beach at Browndown near Lee-on-Solent Hampshire at SZ57036 99453 on the 31/10/2014.

Clouded Yellow on Shoreham beach and 13 Red Admirals around R.Adur many heading south.

I trapped on 31st and the 1st, Silver Y and Diamond backs being the only migrants, a Crocidosema plebejana was a good find for Essex though..
