A dead Death's-head Hawk-moth found yesterday evening (12th October) at Levant Mine. Found by a workmate.

Night of 11 Oct. ! Convolvulus Hawk, 1 Delicate, 2 Diamond-backed Moths, 3 Rusty-dot Pearls all to MV light

Night of 11th October: male Four-spotted Footman, Palpita vitrealis, Udea ferrugalis, Dark Sword-grass, Bloxworth Snout and 2 Pearly Underwings at Hythe. Best night for some time.

Night of 12 October: 2 Diamond-back Moth, 1 Rush Veneer, 1 Rusty-dot Pearl, 2 Turnip, 3 Dark Sword-grass and 1 Silver Y.

Saw one clouded yellow flying over grass field near to the River Tamar in Devon at SX44681 68435 on the 11/10/2014.

30th of September saw scores of Clouded yellows across the marsh and still a few showing now.
