Fresh looking Painted Lady landed on some cut grass in front of me on an overcast, muggy morning.

2 Bordered Straw. Diamond-backs into double figures for the first time this year. 2 Marbled Clover (only previously noted here in 2005) - wanderers from elsewhere in suffolk or immigrants ?

Lat night (26th) fresh T emortualis/Olive crescent, only other migrants were a few v tatty U ferrugalis. Good warm night + local species well represented.
