My first Golden Twin-spot taken last night (23/5/2014), in the company of a Silver Y.

Hummingbird Hawkmoth feeding at Red Valerian in garden this afternoon despite pouring rain.

A number of Silver Y and Diamond-back Moth have been knocking about over the last couple of weeks, the latter of which I suspect are local residents from the stacks of volunteer rape adjacent to us.

In the last few days Red Admiral singles seen daily in several sheltered, sunny locations. In Ashby, Somerleyton and at home in Bradwell.
