3 Red Admirals seen over the weekend. One near Durdle Door on Saturday and the other 2 near Ham Hill in Somerset yesterday.

Afternoon of 13th April

8 Painted Lady watched flying in off the sea between Gwennap Head and Porthchapel. Heading straight inland without resting ....... quite an unexpected surprise :-)

11/4: 1 Dark Sword-grass. First Red Twin-spot Carpet of the year.
