Migrants in the traps today were 3 Delicate, 1 Scarce Bordered Straw, 4 Pearly Underwing and 11 Dark Swordgrass.

Saw 3 Long Tailed Blues at Kingsdown Leas on 6th October. One female seen roosting on Broad Leaved Everlasting Pea flower at 7.20am at TR 38029 47209. A fresh male was found by enthusiasts later in the day in the grass not far from the female I had found roosting (same GPS reference). Another male again found by enthusiasts was recorded on top of Hemp Agrimony at TR 38016 47270.
A single Clouded Yellow was recorded flying past at TR 38028 47197.
Thanks to again to other enthusiasts I was pointed out a Vestal in grass recorded at TR 38037 47242 and a Rush Veneer in grass at TR 37987 47728.

One Clouded Yellow flew past me on beach not far from the Zetland Arms near Kingsdown Leas in Kent on the 6th October at TR 38006 48425.

Trapped in Point Clear on the 5th and 6th of October, Clancy's Rustic, Vestal, Gem, Bordered Straw, Pale Lemon Sallow, Rush Veneer, Silver Y, Diamond Back, White Point, Cypress Carpet and over 200 Setaceous Hebrew Characters which may be migrants.
