last night - 22nd sep ar Durlston CP migrants were almost non-existant! What a difference 24 hours makes. The weather looked good - very gentle southerlies at dusk turning east and with a min temp of 16c. There's more to this migrant lark than you think! last night with 6 traps in good locations I recorded only;
3 Diamond-backs, 1 Rush Veneer, 4 Dark Swordgrass and 3 Silver Y and with numbers of some other possible migrant species well down on the previous night such as yellow Underwings etc. |
