A Confused (1st obs record) was the highlight in the traps this morning. There were also 14 Dark Sword-grass & 32 Diamond-backed Moths.

125W UV trap Silver Y Palpita vitrealis Painted Lady butterflies now starting to emerge after pupating, over 150 webs, some pillars still half grown on thistles in my field. |

Last night 18 Silver Y, 4 Diamond-back moths.
Many Yponomeuta rorrella ane evonymella recently are probably local immigrants. A Dark Sword Grass yesterday plus Pale Mottled Willows daily are probably immigrants. |
