10+ Red-veined Darters at Windmill Farm NR (T. Blunden). One Red-veined Darter perched on a barbed wire fence at the southernmost field at Lizard point (no nearby water). If that isnt a migrant I dont know what is!
Also 4 Painted Lady flew in off the sea and headed north there. |

Still three male Red-veined Darters on the Boating Lake on Southampton Common at noon on 12/7. Yesterday (11/7) there was also a female ovipositing in tandem with one of the males.
