Night of 11 August: 7 Cydia amplana, 1 European Cornborer, 1 Maiden's Blush, 2 Rush Veneer, 3 Rusty-dot Pearl, 2 Silver Y

Cydia amplana this am. Migrants still very low in numbers.

Southern Migrant Hawkers are currently showing well around the Thames Estuary, having been reported from Wat Tyler CP and West Canvey Marshes, Essex, and from Cliffe, Kent.

It's pleasing to see good numbers after a poor showing last year.

Red-veined Darter on 10 August at Mynydd Cilan, near Abersoch on the cliff-top pool named Pwll Du.

Lesser Emperor at Longham Lakes still present today in SE corner of the north lake.
