Painted Lady seen by Anne McCue in her garden on 9th June.

Up to 5 Silver Y feeding on flowering plants in garden in recent evenings. Apart from that, its been pretty dire here.

13th Daytime - Hummingbird Hawk in the garden.

Early this morning in the unexpected sunshine, one somewhat smaller than usual and slightly worn Red Admiral nectaring on red valerian in the garden - a most welcome sight!
