Start looking for Black-spotted Chestnut (Conistra rubiginosa)again. Our last record was on 20 March 2012 and we have just found our first for the winter (07.11.12) whilst clearing out the greenhouse. It was on some fleece near to the top of the roof and is looking tatty. It is also much smaller than those of last year.
