Trapping with John Chainey & Jenny Spence on the night of 3 July: spectacular overnight thunderstorms produced an immaculate Striped Hawk-moth, Silver Barred, 11 Red-necked Footman, 1 Small Mottled Willow, 5 Silver Y, 18 Diamond-back Moth, 3 Bird-cherry Ermine, 4 European Corn-borer & 1 Rush Veneer.
