Migrant moth totals on 29/9 with 13 traps between us (and checking ivy/blackberries) were;
Diamond-back x 1
Rusty-dot Pearl x 16
Rush Veneer x 19
Vestal x 1
Convolvulus Hawk x 3 in the traps (but a total of 7 seen on the island including nectarring on ginger lillies)
Hummingbird Hawk x 2 (by day)
Turnip x 4
Dark Swordgrass x 3 (all on ivy)
Radford's Flame Shoulder x 1
Pearly Underwing x 3
Delicate x 1
White-speck x 54 (24 of these on ivy!)
(and no Silver Y again!)
(We've also heard a report of a Death's Head trapped on St Marys, Isles of Scilly on 28/9)
